Strength Fundamentals
This ongoing weekly class is about applying the concepts of pressure and coordinated movement toward moving efficiently and safely with weights and resistance.
WHEN: Mondays at 12pm PST / Thursdays at 10am PST / or BOTH!
WHERE: Zoom! If you cannot make the live session the recording will be available for one week until the next class so you can practice on your own time. The Zoom link will be sent the week before class begins.
EQUIPMENT: stool/chair/plyo box, yoga blocks, light & medium resistance bands, minibands, 5 lb dumbbells, medium dumbbells, slider discs, hand towel, toe spacers. Links to the equipment can be found HERE.
PRICE: One session per week - $125/month
Two sessions per week - $200/month
Classes are billed monthly and can be canceled at anytime.
