Super fresh and takes only 10 minutes! This is a loose jam so it can also be used like a sauce poured over yogurt or ice cream. You can also sub different berries.
300 grams (about 2 cups) frozen raspberries
2 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
ΒΌ cup pure maple syrup
1 good pinch of kosher salt
1. Place all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes and then remove from heat.
2. Transfer to a jar and store in the fridge.
