Use whatever chocolate you like. The Hu Gems just happen to be my favorite.
1/4 cup Hu Chocolate Gems1 tbsp refined coconut oil
1. In a small saucepan, combine the chocolate and oil and melt over low heat and stir until combined. Or use a microwave.
2. Pour over ice cream.
