This is the only way I make quinoa. It's hands-off and perfect every time.
1. Combine quinoa and water in the Instant Pot and secure the lid. Manually set the pressure cooker to cook on high-pressure for 1 minute. If your model has the ability to turn the “keep warm” function off, do that. (If not, simply unplug the cooker at the end of the cooking time.)
2. When the cooking time is up, let the pressure release naturally which will take about 10-15 minutes. This lets the quinoa steam and finish cooking. Remove the lid and fluff with a fork. Let cool to room temp before storing in the fridge.
